“International Art Chain” Artsonline Gallery Online Exhibitions

Dear curator friend,
You can reach our “INTERNATIONAL ART CHAIN” Online Art Exhibition by ARTSONLINE GALLERY, the first of which we organized on 04-24 October 2021, by clicking on its name.

The main lines of our exhibition, which we will organize for the second time in November 2022, are as follows:

1. The exhibition will also take place virtually at www.artsonlinegallery.com.
2. It will be created by painting, print painting and digital painting artists whose subject, size and technique are free.
3. There will be a total of 19 artists, 3 from Turkey and 9 from a different country. This number can be + – 1 for artists from other countries except Turkish artists.
4. Each artist will take part in the exhibition with 3 works. In other words, it will consist of 36 works of 12 artists in total.
5. Participation is by invitation and free of charge.
6. Issues such as how many works will be requested for the exhibition, their selection among those who come, and the deadline, etc., are under the responsibility of the curator.
7. Afterwards, studies and decisions such as the exhibition layout will be carried out together with the curator and organizer Hakan Sarıhan.
8. Since the people to be invited will represent their country in a way, it is expected that attention will be paid to the selection of artists and works.
9. Curator and Hakan Sarıhan can also attend the exhibition if they wish.
10. A separate “Artist Page” will be opened in the “Artists” section of the Artsonline Gallery for all participants participating in the exhibition. The documents required to create the page are also listed below.
11. All artists who agree to participate in the exhibition will send their files specified in the “Work Submission, Technical Conditions” below directly to the curator, and all files will be collected and organized by the curator.
12. All collected information must be sent by the curator to the organizer Hakan Sarıhan by 01 September 2022 at the latest.
13. Each participant will be sent a printable digital Certificate of Participation and a digital Exhibition Catalogue by the gallery.
14. Subjects such as exhibition posters and participation certificates will be designed by Hakan Sarıhan in accordance with the visual identity of the gallery and exhibition. Although the curator is expected to participate in this, the final decisions will belong to Hakan Sarıhan.
15. It is natural and natural for the participants to make individual posts such as posters and short videos of the curator and gallery, their own works and documents for promotion and announcement purposes.
16. However, the exhibition will only be published on www.artsonlinegallery.com. Similarly; All of the visuals in the exhibition, the entire catalog and all participation documents and all albums, videos and other materials produced from them cannot be published as an exhibition from any account on social media.
17. The duration of the exhibition is 20 days, but it will be open to visitors for at least one year under the name of “Past Exhibitions” on our website www.artsonlinegallery.com.
    In these exhibitions, which Artsonline organizes to bring together artists and art lovers, in case of buyers for the works, they will not demand any amount under the name of commission etc. Works such as the purchase and sale and the delivery of the work to the buyer will be entirely between the artist and the art lover.
18. Artsonline Gallery, which organizes the exhibition, can cancel the exhibition unilaterally and at any time for reasons such as failure to fulfill the desired conditions, not meeting the expected level, other than force majeure such as health reasons, disasters, war etc.
19. Likewise, the Curator may unilaterally refrain from holding the exhibition for reasons valid for him, provided that he informs him no later than 15 August 2022, except for force majeure reasons such as health reasons, disasters, war, etc. In this case, Artsonline Gallery cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise with the artists.

Submission, Technical Conditions:
Shipment files will consist of two parts;

1- For Exhibition:

1. Images should be in jpg format, one by one.
2. Name of the works, year of production, size, technical information, if printing, information such as edition number, price or in the collection should be in word or similar editable txt, doc format.

2- For Artist Page:

1. Profile photo should be in portrait frame and in jpg format. It should be sent to files such as word, powerpoint, pdf or not pasted into the text field of the e-mail.
2. There is no limit on length for biographies. Artists can arrange to present themselves best. It should be in Word or similar editable txt, doc format.
3. The artist’s contact information is given on the page. (Mobile tel, e-mail, website, facebook, instagram) Artists can give all or whatever they want.
4. At least 4 titles as “Examples of His Works”. Images of other work are required. These images should also be in jpg format and sent without pasting into word, powerpoint or pdf files.

Değerli küratör arkadaşım,

İlkini 04-24 Ekim 2021 tarihinde düzenlediğimiz “INTERNATIONAL ART CHAIN ” Online Art Exhibition by ARTSONLINE GALLERY sergimize ismine tıklamak suretiye ulaşabilirsiniz.

Kasım 2022 yılında 2.sini düzenleyeceğimiz sergimizin de ana hatları şöyledir:

1. Sergi yine sanal olarak www.artsonlinegallery.com adresinde yer alacaktır.
2. Konu, boyut ve tekniği serbest olan resim, baskı resim, dijital resim sanatçıları ile oluşturulacaktır.
3. Türkiye’den 3, her biri farklı ülkeden olmak üzere 9, toplam 19 sanatçı olacaktır. Bu sayı Türk sanatçılar hariç diğer ülke sanatçıları için + – 1 kişi olabilir.
4. Sergide her sanatçı 3 eseri ile yer alacaktır. Yani toplamda 12 sanatçının 36 eserinden oluşacaktır.
5. Katılım daveti üzerine olup ücretsizdir.
6. Sergiye kaç eser isteneceği, gelenler arasından bunların seçimi ve son teslim tarihi vs gibi konular küratörün uhdesindedir.
7. Daha sonra sergi düzeni gibi çalışma ve kararlar küratör ve organizatör (Hakan Sarıhan) ile birlikte yürütülecektir.
8. Davet edilecek kişilerin bir bakıma ülkelerini temsil edecek olması nedeniyle sanatçı ve eser seçimlerine özen gösterilmesi beklenmektedir.
9. Küratör ve Hakan Sarıhan da arzu ederse sergiye katılabilirler.
10. Sergiye katılan tüm katılımcılara Artsonline Galeri’nin “Sanatçılar” bölümünde ayrı ayrı ‘’Sanatçı Sayfası’ açılacaktır. Sayfayı oluşturmak için istenilen dökümanlar aşağıda ayrıca belirtilmiştir.
11. Sergiye katılmayı kabul eden tüm sanatçılar, aşağıda “Eser Teslim, Teknik Koşullar”da belirtilen dosyalarını doğrudan küratörün kendisine gönderecek, tüm dosyalar küratörde toplanıp düzenlenecektir.
12. Toplanan tüm bilgilerin küratör tarafından en geç 01 Eylül 2022 tarihine kadar organizatör Hakan Sarıhan’a gönderilmesi gerekmektedir.
13. Her katılımcıya galeri tarafından basılabilir dijital Katılım Belgesi ile dijital Sergi Kataloğu gönderilecektir.
14. Sergi afişi, katılım belgesi gibi konular Hakan Sarıhan tarafından daha önce olduğu gibi galeri ve serginin görsel kimliğine uygun olarak tasarlanacaktır. Küratörden buna katılımı beklenmekle beraber son kararlar Hakan Sarıhan’a ait olacaktır.
15. Katılımcıların, küratör ve galerinin tanıtım ve duyuru amacıyla afiş ve kısa videoları, kendi eser ve belgeleri gibi bireysel paylaşımlar yapmaları gayet tabi ve doğaldır.
16. Ancak sergi sadece www.artsonlinegallery.com sitesinde yayınlanacaktır. Buna benzer bir şekilde; Sergide yer alan görsellerin tümü, kataloğun tümü ve katılım belgelerinin hepsi topluca ve bunlardan üretilmiş tüm albüm, video ve diğer materyalin sosyal medyada herhangi bir hesaptan bir sergi gibi yayınlanamaz.
17. Sergi süresi 20 gündür ancak www.artsonlinegallery.com sitemizde ‘’Geçmiş Sergiler’’ adı altında en az bir yıl süre ile ziyarete açık olacaktır.
18. Artsonline sanatçı ile sanatseverleri buluşturmaya yönelik düzenlediği bu sergilerde, eserlere alıcı çıkması halinde, komisyon vb.adı altında herhangi bir meblağ talep etmeyecektir. Alım-satım ve eserin alıcının eline ulaştırılması gibi işler tamamen sanatçı ile sanatsever arasında olacaktır.
19. Sergiyi organize eden Artsonline Gallery sağlık nedenleri, afetler, savaş vs gibi mücbir sebeplerin dışında da istenilen şartların yerine getirilememesi, beklenen düzeyin tutturulamaması gibi gerekçelerle tek taraflı olarak ve istediği zaman sergiyi iptal edebilir ve bundan dolayı herhangi bir sorumluluk ve yük altına girmez.
20. Aynı şekilde Küratör de sağlık nedenleri, afetler, savaş vs gibi mücbir sebeplerin dışında en geç 15 Ağustos 2022 tarihine kadar haber vermek kaydıyla kendisi için geçerli gerekçelerle sergiyi yapmaktan tek taraflı olarak vazgeçebilir. Bu durumda sanatçılarla arasında oluşabilecek sorunlardan Artsonline Gallery sorumlu tutulamaz.

Eser Teslim, Teknik Koşullar:

Gönderi dosyaları iki bölümden oluşacaktır;

1- Sergileme İçin:

1. 1. Görseller jpg formatında, tek tek olmalıdır.
   2. Eserlerin Adı, yapım yılı, ebadı, teknik bilgileri baskıysa edisyon no, fiyatı veya koleksiyonda gibi  bilgileri word veya benzeri düzenleme yapılabilir txt, doc formatında olmalıdır.

2- Sanatçı Sayfası İçin:

1. 1. Profil fotoğrafı portre kadrajında ve jpg formatında olmalıdır. Word, powerpoint, pdf gibi dosyalara veya epostanın yazı alanına yapıştırılmadan gönderilmelidir.
   2. Biyografiler için uzunluk konusunda sınırlama yoktur. Sanatçılar kendilerini en iyi tanıtacak şekilde düzenleyebilirler. Word veya benzeri işlenebilir txt, doc formatında olmalıdır.
   3. Sayfada sanatçıların iletişim bilgileri verilmektedir. (Mobile tel, e-posta, web sitesi, facebook, instagram) Sanatçılar hepsini veya arzu ettiklerini verebiliriler.
   4. “Çalışmalarından Örnekler” olarak en az 4 ad. başka çalışmalarının görselleri gerekmektedir. Bu görseller de jpg formatında olmalı word, powerpoint veya pdf dosyalara yapıştırılmadan gönderilmelidir.
