Bakhshiyeva Chinara Sardar was born on 19.10.1989 in Baku.
She graduated school in 1996-2017 years in Baku. She did bachelor and master for Sculpturing in Azerbaijan State Art Academy in 2013-2017 and 2017-2019 accordingly.
She is a member of Youth department of Union of Artists of Azerbaijan since 2017
